Exercise is one of most highly recommended forms of therapy following primary treatment of prostate cancer. The dragon boat rowing club Butts in a Boat are men from the Vancouver area, who have had a prostate cancer diagnosis. The club provides a healthy way for men to get fit, while developing friends who also have had prostate cancer. They know that there is “life after diagnosis” and demonstrate it though active participation in the strenuous demands of dragon boat paddling. So if you want to have fun and develop greater physical endurance, contact Butts in a Boat. New members are always welcome.
