Queen’s University Treatment Decision Tool–Decision Help

If you are not sure about which form of treatment to have–prostatetectomy, radiation, ADT or surveillance, then this questionnaire from Queen’s University may be of assistance.

The questions ask you to consider the many factors involved in treatment. Each of your choices is weighted. The tool simply measures or interprets your choices and reports back to you. It will, at a minimum, help you better understand what is really important to you in treatment; and that may make the selection process easier.

The link takes you to a page with two components: Frequently Asked Questions and Choose a Treatment.
